For to the structure of the website to be complete there a some key features that can not be ignored. In this part, I will show some important pages I have added to the site.




First, is the 'faq' page, which meant frequently asked questions. Most people would not be patient enough to wait for an email reply or chat reply. However, their problem/question might be common one. As such, in order to improve customer service and satisfaction, I have included a list of likely questions.



 

A second key page, is the 'About Us' page. For the sake of transparency, it is important to have this section for customers to understand/relate to what the store is about, what their mission and vision are.




Apart from the live chat and frequently asked questions section, Customers who are have more long-term questions or are not in any hurry can send an email to the business. This would give a more satifactory/helpful resolution to the customer.


The website development software, wix, can help businesses start from a position that is not ground zero. There is a paid version that offers more customization options, however, the free version is just as good.
