Document The Process Of Creating/Editing Wix Website Contact Form, Justifying The Thought Process And Decision Making

Contact

(Ashok, n.d.)

The creation of a website for your business must have a Contact Us page that enables customers to get in touch with you quickly and without having to leave their browser. You have the chance to increase customer service and get leads thanks to them as well.

Typically, users can contact us through these means to make comments or submit inquiries. If done successfully, you'll learn important information about your consumers' tastes and expectations. A call to action that is obvious, the navigation being simple, and a message that connects with visitors are all vital components of a great Contact Us page.

Also, a Contact Us page has to be prominently displayed on your navigation bar. Finding the contact information for a business on a website might be troublesome for a customer (Adames, 2023).

To make my website contact page, I examined two businesses websites that were similar to mine in order to obtain a better understanding of the Contact Page for my project.

(Currys, 2022)

Firstly, the contact page of an electronics business named Currys'. Including phone assistance, email help, live chat, and social media channels, Currys' contact us website lists several ways for customers to get in touch with the firm.

Seondly, Sosogames, a Nigerian video game store. They have included information on their page for questions, including a phone number, email address, and online form. Links to social networking sites or other helpful resources may also be included on the page along with details about the business's physical address, hours of operation, and other details.

(Sosogames, 2022)

By analysing these pages, I have been able to realise a few key point for designing my contact page. The design and content of the website may be influenced by knowing the motives behind users' visits to the contact us page, such as support requests, inquiries, or comments. Choosing the support channels to provide—such as phone, email, live chat, or social media—and the resources needed to do so. Designing the website with a user-friendly and straightforward layout, distinct calls to action, and simple forms. Using the same colour scheme, typeface, and graphics as the rest of the website helps to ensure that the contact us page blends in with the overall vibe of the website.

I have decided to merge the required components for the contact page. Phone numbers, email addresses, and the store's physical address would all be listed on the page. A form that consumers can use to send questions, comments, or support requests and have them forwarded directly to the customer care department of the shop, consumers to communicate with a person in real-time using a live chat option.

In order to create an online gaming store that is easy on the eye, informative and easy to navigate, the wireframe and structure need to be efficient. Below are two forms of how I would imagine my website to look like. Although, not the final piece, this digital demonstration envisions how the homepage/landing would be. The Gaming market is ever expanding, as such in order to  catch the attention of a potential customer, displaying the most in-demand products at the top is vital. Also, is a picture of the hand sketch of the homepage. It is still a work in progress, however, it can aid in the finalizing of elements and connection of web pages.

Invention of E-commerce and WWW(World Wide Web)

A number of people and organisations are responsible for the development of e-commerce and the World Wide Web. E-commerce, also known as electronic commerce, is the buying and selling of goods and services via the internet. Tim Berners-Lee, a British computer scientist, invented the Web in 1989. (Berners-Lee, Fischetti, & Bly, 1999, p. 1). About Pages/Brand Stories Research For 2 Similar E-Commerce Websites

About Page (Legal Knocks, n.d.) The 'About Us' page  is a great digital asset. Anyone coming to your website for the first time will be curious to learn more about the business and will go to the About page to do so. It is a crucial step in the website design process for businesses (Dublino, 2023). Importance 1. The About page encourages a sense of familiarity and trust. 2. The About page explains the possibilities to visitors. 3. By introducing visitors to you and your staff on the About page, your company becomes more approachable. (Dublino, 2023) Best Practices 1. Continue to focus on your customers when writing your About page. You don't have to talk about yourself only on your about page. Visitors to your website are there because they require assistance with an issue or difficulty. 2. Share your narrative on your About page. The attention of your audience might be attracted by delivering a captivating story. A compelling narrative about the humble beginnings of ...
